The ProStar™ Flour system is an on-line NIR monitor based on rugged Diode Array technology. The system has been designed utilizing a customized Carl Zeiss optics – offering the best detection technology available today. ProStar provides real time data that allows a Flour Mill to monitor product in real time. The proprietary TrendStar software displays both real time results and as importantly – historical trend plots with all results being stored in the database. Results can be made available in remote locations with the ability to manage multiple points from a single location.

ProStar offers ash results with SEP on 0.02 or better. Unity can transfer and enhance most any existing bench database to the ProStar on-line analyzer or Unity will supply a quality calibration for your particular needs. This unique “Ready to go” simple design is rugged and easy to implement and maintain.
