The ProStar™ series
of process NIR analyzers will provide tighter control over the manufacturing
process and help optimize the use of materials and ingredients to
reduce off-specification product, thus saving reprocessing or disposal

ProStar™ 300
The Unity ProStar™ 300 has been designed for continuous, non-contact,
on-line analysis of solids for one constituent such as moisture.
With a sensor head and a remote display unit, the ProStar 300 gauge
is typically installed over conveyer belts or slides and is controlled
from up to 250 feet away. It uses no reagents or solvents and is
designed to withstand harsh process environments. Download

ProStar™ 1800
The ProStar™ 1800 is a process NIR analyzer that can perform
high speed multi-element analysis from a single point or multiple
points. The system utilizes a fast, high-precision diode array spectrometer
that measures the full spectral range from 1120-1820 nm in milliseconds.
Because of the extremely short response time
for these spectrometers, the instrument is ideal for the process
monitoring of belts or hoppers carrying powders or solid material
and liquid in pipes – thus permitting large quantities of
raw material or finished product to be inspected.
