KPM Analytics Responds to COVID-19

Dear customers,

At KPM Analytics, our focus is on PEOPLE--our customers, their customers, our employees and the communities in which they are a part. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is surely taking its toll on all of the above, but we wanted to share what we are doing as a company to protect them.

  • Our Customers: We are committed to providing the best possible support and service to our customers as they deploy our solutions every day to enable workforce effectiveness and business continuity as this situation continues to evolve. We will continue to help out customers both remotely and onsite as needed. If an onsite visit is necessary, our employees will be happy to provide their recent travel and health history and cooperate with any customer sanitary or health precautions.
  • Our People: The health, comfort and happiness of our employees is at the forefront of our minds. We are taking steps to minimize employees' potential exposure to the virus for their own wellbeing, as well as that of our customers and others with whom they come in contact, especially their families. 
  • Our Community: We're dedicated to remaining mindful of our interactions in the communities in which we serve and live and want to minimze our potential impact on disrupting our broader community.

With all of that in mind, we are doing what we can to ensure everyone is safe and informed, taking necessary precautions in real-time to respond to a this ever-changing environment. We are currently monitoring developments as they progress, including best practices and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We will be sending employees any updates with consumable, trustworthy and reliable data as it relates to their health and well-being, and we will forward any relevant information on to you, our valued customer.

We know how important it is for everyone, especially industry leaders, to be an example of empathy, inclusion and care during these trying times. We are all in this together and must continue to support each other.
